Possible Immigration and Customs Enforcement by Federal Government – Local Resources for our Community
The City has received concerns regarding possible local activity by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement of the Federal Government. The City wishes to strongly reiterate our commitment to our status as a Sanctuary City, as adopted by City Council Resolution No. 2017-09. In our joining as a Sanctuary City, we aim to commit to the dignity and civil rights of all community members including the right of all community members to live, work, and study in a City that does not subject them to prejudicial treatment or discrimination.
