McCullum Youth Court
The McCullum Youth Court is a youth-driven organization that gives first-time youth offenders a second chance to avoid entering the juvenile correctional system. The youth offenders are represented, prosecuted, and evaluated by other juveniles in a court setting. Youth jurors hear each case, and ultimately decide the fate of the violator. If an offender is found guilty there are several punishments that may be handed out depending on the crime. The court's purpose is to introduce the criminal justice system to the offender while allowing them to preserve a clean criminal record.
