Gill Tract Design Team
The Gill Tract Design Team is a group of stakeholders who met in the Fall of 2008 to discuss the potential land uses for the northern section of the Gill Tract, located at the corner of Marin and San Pablo Avenue, and owned by the University of California. Stakeholders include the City of Albany, the University of California, the Albany Unified School District, Albany Little League, Albany Child Care Center, University Village staff, University Village Residents Association, Friends of Five Creeks, the Codornices Creek Watershed Council, Albany Rollers and Strollers, students from the University of California Dept. of Natural Resources (CNR), and Urban Farm supporters.
