Sandbag Procedure
Albany Residents: During the rainy season residents can pick up empty sand bags (limit 10) from the Albany Fire Department located at 1000 San Pablo Avenue. Please provide proof of Albany address ID in order to receive your bags from the Fire Department Staff. Sand will be located at the Albany Teen Center off Buchanan Street. Make sure you bring your shovel.
