Yoga in the Park…at Home

We have taken the weekly Yoga in the Park class online so you can continue your practice while sheltering in place. With all the uncertainty in the air, it's even more important that we don't give up our practice and take time to breathe and care for ourselves. Whether you are indoors or able to find a nice patch of grass or sun, you will still get to take the dedicated hour to move and breathe with the support of our Yoga in the Park community.

*Couples can take the class together and individuals can share their class pass with a 'yoga buddy' on days they are unable to attend.
This class provides a gentler approach to the practice of Yoga. Enjoy the benefits of increased flexibility, strength and stamina. Yoga encourages better posture, improves digestions, relaxes and calms the mind. Class is suitable for all levels. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and practice on an empty stomach.

Access health and fitness resources online – Join a fitness class over Zoom or challenge yourself to the Workout of the Week.
Join an online fitness class or do a home workout. Check with your gym to see if it’s offering online workouts, or browse the web. No dumbbells? Fill up reusable water bottles.
Catch up on sleep! Sleep is always important, especially during challenging times. Your body and your mind with thank you.
