Field Status:

This information is updated at 2 pm , Monday-Thursday and and 12pm on Friday's. You can also call the City of Albany Field Status Line: 1 + (510) 559-7219 or check Facebook.

After 2 pm on weekdays or on the weekends; referee's, coaches and umpires will decide if the field will be playable.

Weekend Closures- please check with your league officials or coaches for the status of the fields on Saturday and Sunday. The field status line is not updated on the weekends.

Field Closures:

The City of Albany closes its fields annually to give the grass time to “rest” and rejuvenate. This is a critical step in the City’s maintenance plan to ensure the fields are properly maintained due to the heavy wear and tear they endure February through November each year. Opening dates are subject to change.
