The Neighborhood Services Division coordinates and implements strategic outreach and community engagement efforts to assist community members navigate City and community services systems by facilitating access to needed information and services. The goals are to build upon existing, and create new partnerships between City and individuals, neighborhood groups, community organizations, and other public agencies to bring together knowledge, skills, and resources to support and foster a resilient and engaged community.

The Renew Alameda County Program is Officially Here!
Renew Alameda County (Renew AC) provides low-income homeowners in Alameda County with 1% interest rate loans of $15,0000 to $150,000 to complete home improvement projects ranging from correcting health and safety hazards to accessibility upgrades and structural rehabilitation--no monthly payments required.
Renew AC is operated by Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley and is funded by Alameda County taxpayers who approved the Measure A1 Housing Bond in November 2016.
